Cloud Worldwide Services received ISO 9001:2015 certification from ACCM in Quality Management

Cloud Worldwide Services, a company dedicated to the development of “as a service” communication solutions in the cloud, has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, which certifies that the organization’s Quality System meets the quality customers, legal and regulatory requirements.
ISO 9001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements of a Quality Management System (QMS) employed in an organization. This standard recognizes the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the ability to provide products and services that meet international requirements in reference to QMS quality.
The ISO 9001 certification recognizes Cloud Worldwide Services’ own evolution as an organization under the principles of transparency and proactive accountability to the commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
This ISO 9001 standard is proof that Cloud Worldwide Services offers quality-based services that are strongly rooted in all the organization’s processes. Furthermore, having achieved this certification demonstrates that Cloud Worldwide Services is continuously evolving in the improvement of processes and products and customer satisfaction.
Cloud Worldwide Services already is accredited with the ISO 27001 certification and the certificate of conformity with the National Security Scheme, the highest certification in Spain, which, together with this new certification in ISO 9001, are additional proofs of the organization’s commitment to quality, security, and the pursuit of excellence.
